Due to popular demand we are bringing back a new version of the points-based system that we previously offered for our loyalty scheme members from 1st February 2025.
New Scheme:
From 1st Feb 2025 you will be able to collect and spend points on purchases in the Farm Shop and the Farmer’s Kitchen once again.
A new condition will be an annual expiry date on all loyalty points starting from 31st March 2026, so make sure you spend any accrued points before 31st March each year.
Background:
The previous points scheme ended on 31st March 2024 and all balances were zeroed.
Since then we have run a “Loyalty Price” scheme offering members-only discounts on selected products.
We ran a survey before Christmas with our loyalty scheme members and that has informed the changes we are now making.

How do I collect points?
Scan your loyalty card at the till when you make a purchase. You will accrue 1 point for every full £1 spent when you scan an active loyalty card.
How much are points worth?
Each point is redeemable for the value of 1p on purchases in the Farm Shop and Farmer’s Kitchen when you scan your loyalty card at the till e.g. Spend 250 points = £2.50 off
Can I spend points leftover from the old system?
All points balances were reset to zero on 31st March 2024 and will be every year on 31st March from 2026 onwards
Can I spend and collect points online?
Unfortunately we’re not able to offer points collections or redemptions via our online shopping site at the moment due to limitations of the technology
Can I still get loyalty price discounts?
“Loyalty Price” marked discounts will no longer be available from 1st February 2025
Can I still get my points if I’ve not got my loyalty card with me?
Unfortunately we’re not able to grant or redeem points without scanning your loyalty card at the time of purchase
Will I receive a physical loyalty card or a digital one?
The loyalty scheme uses physical cards only. For new members, this card will need to be collected at the tills inside the farm shop. Please allow a few minutes for us to assign you a new card while you shop. Your card can be used immediately upon collection.
New members will be notified by email when their membership has been activated and their card is ready to collect.
Can you send me my loyalty card in the post?
Our loyalty scheme is free to join and available on site only therefore relies on physically being at the Farm Shop to use, therefore we cannot send it to you in the post. Please come to the Farm Shop to collect and use your loyalty card.
Where can I use loyalty card?
Your loyalty card can be used at any till point inside the Farm Shop or Farmer’s Kitchen
How do I update my personal details?

Can I share my loyalty card with family and friends?
No, the loyalty card is non-transferable and is linked to your personal membership account.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@farndonfields.co.uk
Your loyalty card will be cancelled, and your points balance will be reset to zero. We will keep your account details stored for 12 months in case you wish to reactivate your account. Please email us if you change your mind.
How do I replace a lost or stolen loyalty card?
Please contact us by emailing hello@farndonfields.co.uk
We will cancel your lost card and issue you a replacement for collection in the Farm Shop. We will email you to confirm when your replacement card is ready to collect.
