How long does it take before my account is active again?
If you sign up Mon-Fri (before 1pm) your account should be active by the following Monday. Weekend signups will be processed in the following week so please allow for up to 10 days before your account is active again. We will email you to confirm the day before your account is reactivated.
I’m already a member, why do I need to reactivate my card?
For us to be able to link your existing loyalty card to our new scheme we need you to confirm your personal details
Without reactivating your membership, your loyalty card will no longer work.

Will I receive a physical loyalty card or a digital one?
The new scheme uses physical loyalty cards only. For new members, this card will need to be collected at the tills inside the farm shop. Please allow a few minutes for us to assign you a new card while you shop. Your card can be used immediately upon collection.
New members will be notified by email when their membership has been activated and their card is ready to collect.
Can you send me my loyalty card in the post?
Our loyalty scheme is free to join and available on site only therefore relies on physically being at the Farm Shop to use, therefore we cannot send it to you in the post. Please come to the Farm Shop to collect and use your loyalty card.
Where can I use loyalty card?
Your loyalty card can be used at any till point inside the Farm Shop or Farmer’s Kitchen and even at the Pumpkin Festival subject to availability of loyalty price offers.
Can I use my loyalty card online?
Currently, our loyalty scheme is only available for in-store purchases. We do not offer online shopping.
Can I collect loyalty points?
Loyalty points can no longer be collected or redeemed; the new scheme gives members access to exclusive loyalty price offers throughout the Farm Shop when you scan your card at the tills.
What kind of exclusive offers can I expect?
You can expect a variety of offers on products throughout the Farm Shop, these offers will be a limited time only subject to availability and regularly rotated to help make shopping at Farndon Fields that little bit more rewarding for our loyal members.
How will I be notified about the exclusive offers?
Loyalty price offers will be visibly marked on selected products around the Farm Shop and key offers will be highlighted periodically to email subscribers. Sign up to our newsletter and click Loyalty Offers on your preferences to be notified Click here to sign up.
How do I update my personal details?

Can I share my loyalty card with family and friends?
No, the loyalty card is non-transferable and is linked to your personal membership account.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@farndonfields.co.uk
Your loyalty card will be cancelled, and you will no longer be eligible to access exclusive offers. We will keep your account details stored for 12 months in case you wish to reactivate your account. Please email us if you change your mind.
How do I replace a lost or stolen loyalty card?
Please contact us by emailing hello@farndonfields.co.uk
We will cancel your lost card and issue you a replacement for collection in the Farm Shop. We will email you to confirm when your replacement card is ready to collect.
