Terms and Conditions

• Initial balance added to the gift card can be in increments of £10 up to a maximum card balance of £50.
• The balance on the gift card can be used to purchase items from The Farm Shop and The Farmer’s Kitchen.
• The gift card is a balance card and does not entitle the holder to any product or experience other than to spend the balance in value on the card.
• Prices of items within the Farm Shop and the Farmer's Kitchen may change between the point of purchase and redemption.
• Gift cards can be used more than once until the balance is depleted, once depleted the balance can be topped up and the card reused.
• The balance can be topped up in increments of £10 and up to a maximum balance of £50 per card.
• The balance will expire 12 months from the date of purchase or top-up.
• To check the available balance and expiry date please email us at hello@farndonfields.co.uk or enquire at the tills.
• Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and no change will be given in cash.
• Any refunded item purchased with gift card, the balance will be refunded to the gift card.
• Refunds cannot be given if a card is lost or stolen. The card can be cancelled and reissued with the remaining balance, with proof of purchase or top-up and the card serial number.
